The archive facility with its racking and shelving systems was purpose built and is maintained by materials handling trained staff. The warehouse environment is secure, clean and dry. Temperature and humidity readings are taken on a regular basis by specialist sensors placed throughout the warehouse.

Archive Logistics Ltd has appropriate fork trucks and handling equipment to select and retrieve boxes and files; bar coding equipment to ensure traceability; humidity and temperature sensors throughout; a fully alarmed facility linked to RedCare and the police; CCTV, palisade fencing, computer systems and procedures all support an efficient, confidential and reliable service. Our ISO quality standards are regularly externally and internally audited to maintain our strict methods of operation. We also audit our suppliers.

Our staff regularly attend refresher training courses and are fully committed to customer care and satisfaction.
